I ordered a figure from popfun.com, and the packaging was seriously disappointing. They just tossed the figure box into a flimsy mailer with barely any padding, so of course it showed up with smashed corners and a bent window.

I collect these in the box, so that pretty much ruined the whole purchase for me. Trying to deal with customer service didn’t help either, especially getting stuck with automated replies instead of an actual person. I’m not ordering from them again

It worked fine for me overall, but I was a bit frustrated when extra costs popped up later than I expected. Personally, I’d rather see the full price clearly laid out from the start so I know exactly what I’m getting into

I’d probably give popfun.com 4 stars, mainly because the communication was really easy to follow. I tend to assume quickly when an order goes quiet that something is off, but their updates were clear enough that I didn’t feel like I had to keep guessing.

The only small downside was that one reply took a bit longer than I expected. Still, once they got back to me, the answer was helpful and straight to the point. Overall, it was a good experience

I had a problem with my order getting help from popfun.com was a nightmare. Support just kept sending the same copy-and-paste replies like they weren’t even reading what I wrote. On top of that, the terms seemed to change depending on who replied, which made it even more frustrating. Nothing actually got resolved and I wasted days waiting around. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

I wasn’t expecting my order from popfun.com to move that quickly, especially since some places make you feel like they’ve forgotten about you once you pay. But production was finished really fast, and the updates were clear the whole way through. Smooth experience overall, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down, which was nice.

My custom design turned out pretty much exactly how I set it up. There was one tiny difference in the color, but overall I’m really happy with how it came out.

It looks close to the photo, but not exactly the same. I kind of feel like they chose the best angle or lighting for the listing, so just keep that in mind. Still decent overall.

I reached out to support in the middle of the day while I was trying to sort everything out between a couple of errands, and they did eventually get back to me. The reply was helpful enough, but it definitely wasn’t super quick. Not a huge deal, just a little slower than I was hoping for.

I was surprised by Popfun. The prices were fair, and what I ordered looked just like the pictures. My sister even said it was nicer than she expected for the price. Nothing super fancy or overhyped, just a solid buy for the money. Delivery was fine too. I’d order again if I needed something similar.

I ordered from Popfun as a surprise gift, and the person I gave it to loved it right away. They kept saying how cute it was and sent me photos about five minutes after opening it lol. Shipping was fine, and everything looked good when it arrived. Made me feel like I actually picked the right thing for once.

I asked for a couple of changes after the first version, they were totally fine about it. No awkwardness or hassle. It did take a little back and forth, but in the end, I got what I was looking for

I had to send one item back and it was easy. It took a few days for everything to go through, but support was helpful and basically said, "once we receive it, the refund should be processed shortly." Sure enough, the refund came through fine. No major hassle.

I picked this up from Popfun a while back, and it’s been holding up really well. I use it often, but the material still feels durable and it hasn’t started tearing or falling apart or anything. It did arrive with a tiny scratch, so I wouldn’t say it was totally perfect, but it’s not a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and it seems like it’ll last 👍
